ACY Securities Review 2026: Costs, Safety, Platforms and Who It Suits
The 60-Second Decision
ACY Securities is most relevant to active multi-asset CFD traders who want a choice of web and MetaTrader platforms, copy trading, and either spread-only or raw-spread pricing. Its account range starts at $50, while the ProZero account combines spreads from 0.0 pips with commission.
The main practical advantage is the combination of several established trading platforms with different pricing structures and automation options. The main limitation is that trading conditions and protections depend on the legal entity and jurisdiction; CFD exposure also does not mean ownership of the underlying shares or crypto.
Before opening an account, check which ACY entity will hold it and calculate the cost of your expected trading volume, including commission, overnight financing and any withdrawal charges.

Broker Profile
| Dimension | Profile |
|---|---|
| Main business model | STP broker offering leveraged trading in CFDs. |
| Product focus | Forex, stocks, commodities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs and indices. |
| Pricing model | Hybrid: spread-only pricing on Basic and Standard, and raw spreads with commission on ProZero. |
| Automation support | MT4 and MT5 Expert Advisors; FIX API access through ACY Connect; VPS hosting is also offered. |
| Typical customer | Active multi-asset CFD traders seeking a choice of platforms and account pricing. |
| Regulation structure | Multi-jurisdiction: ASIC and FSCA regulation are listed, with protections and trading rules dependent on the contracting entity. |
| Trading complexity | High: account pricing, leverage and protections vary by account and jurisdiction, and leveraged CFDs can involve financing and commission costs. |
What materially distinguishes it?
- Raw-spread and spread-only pricing
- Basic and Standard build trading costs into floating spreads, while ProZero pairs raw spreads from 0.0 pips with a per-side commission. Traders can compare the models against their own volume and frequency.
- FIX API access
- ACY Connect offers institutional and professional traders FIX 4.4 with selected FIX 5.0 SP2 extensions for custom quoting and market-data retrieval.
- Very high dynamic leverage on one global setup
- ACY says major Forex pairs can reach up to 1:5,000 through its ACY Trading Platform for certain global clients, while jurisdiction, platform and asset rules can impose much lower limits.
02
What We Tested — and What We Didn't
Tested directly
- We completed identity verification. Later, when we tried to withdraw the remaining $96 from a $100 deposit after limited trading, ACY requested additional documents and another video check.
- We deposited $100 and traded only a little before requesting the remaining balance. Across roughly three years of trading, withdrawals usually arrived in about one to four hours. One separate withdrawal remained pending for five working days while additional checks were requested.
- During order placement, we experienced severe slippage and price behaviour that felt abnormal. This was our experience, not a measure of typical execution or a finding that applies to every order.
Verified from primary sources
- We verified that the ASIC register identifies ACY Securities Pty Ltd under Australian licence 403863.
Not independently verified
Our order experience does not establish typical execution speed or slippage rates. We did not independently verify broader execution, liquidity or institutional-service claims through performance statistics.

What Does It Actually Cost?
Account Pricing
| Account | Minimum Spread | Commission | Minimum Deposit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | From 0.7 pips | $0 | $50 |
| Standard | From 0.7 pips | $0 | $100 |
| ProZero | From 0.0 pips | $3 per lot, per side | $200 |
Spreads are floating. The account minimums are not the same as typical transaction costs: the “from” spread is a minimum, while the average EUR/USD spread is 1 pip and the average GBP/USD spread is 1.4 pips. The Basic and Standard accounts build trading costs into spreads, while ProZero adds commission to raw spreads. The ProZero commission is $3 per lot per side; the exact charge can vary by account currency under the fee schedule.
ACY also offers a Premium Bespoke account, with a $20,000 minimum deposit, for high-volume traders seeking tailored conditions. Its specific spread and commission terms are not included in the three-account comparison above.
What the Headline Number Doesn't Tell You
Zero-pip spreads
Advertised spread: ProZero spreads start at 0.0 pips.
What that doesn't tell you:
This is a minimum, not an average. ProZero also charges $3 per lot per side, so the spread alone does not show the full trading cost.
Non-Trading Costs
| Fee | Amount | Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit | - | - |
| Withdrawal | ACY currently gives five free withdrawals per calendar month; from the sixth withdrawal onward it charges $25 in the account base currency per withdrawal. | Withdrawal conditions are method/account specific: ACY currently gives five free withdrawals per calendar month; from the sixth withdrawal onward it charges $25 in the account base currency per withdrawal. |
| Inactivity | - | - |
| Currency conversion | A currency-conversion cost or markup can apply when the deposit, withdrawal, instrument, profit/loss, or settlement currency differs from the account base currency. The exact rate usually depends on entity, product and conversion route. | Applies when a deposit, withdrawal, instrument, P/L or settlement currency differs from the account base currency; rate varies by entity, product and conversion route. |
Overnight financing can apply to eligible positions held past the daily rollover. The amount depends on the instrument, size, direction, applicable rates and number of nights; Forex and Metals can incur triple swaps on Wednesdays. Swap-free accounts are also available, subject to account and duration conditions.
Cost most worth watching
For frequent traders, compare ProZero’s commission plus its floating spread with the spread-only accounts using your expected position size and trading frequency. For anyone making repeated withdrawals, the $25 charge from the sixth withdrawal in a calendar month is also worth building into the account budget.
04
Is ACY Securities Regulated and Safe?
Legal Entity Map
| Regulator | License Number | Jurisdiction | Main Protections |
|---|---|---|---|
| ASIC | 403863 | Australian residents/businesses using the Australian entity | Australian retail CFD rules apply where the client is retail, including leverage limits, margin close-out and negative-balance protections; professional-client treatment differs. |
For the Australian row, the contracting entity is ACY Securities Pty Ltd. The ASIC register identifies this entity under licence 403863. ACY also lists FSCA regulation and licence number 51008.
Why the entity matters
Leverage, negative-balance protection and other client terms depend on entity and client classification. Australian retail clients have leverage limits, margin close-out rules and negative-balance protections. For wholesale, sophisticated and international clients, ACY describes negative-balance protection as a one-time courtesy or subject to broker approval, depending on the terms. Global leverage can be substantially higher than Australian retail limits.
ACY says client funds are held in segregated trust accounts, separate from company operating capital, including at banks such as the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. It also describes Professional Indemnity insurance of up to US$2.5 million per claim for clients under ACY AU and ACY LLC. This is not a universal state-backed compensation scheme; eligibility depends on the policy terms and claims process.
Client Protection
ACY says it segregates client funds and maintains Professional Indemnity insurance. Those measures do not remove market, counterparty or trading risk, and the protections available to a client depend on the contracting entity, jurisdiction and account classification.

What Can You Actually Trade?
| Asset Class | Available | Approx. Number | Maximum Retail Leverage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forex | Yes | 60 | 1:500 |
| Crypto | Yes | 20 | 1:10 |
| Stocks | Yes | 1600+ | 1:5 |
| Indices | Yes | 20 | 1:100 |
| Commodities | Yes | 20 | 1:500 |
| ETFs | Yes | Offered — count not published | 1:5 |
| Options | No | Not Offered | - |
| Bonds | No | Not Offered | - |
ACY’s products are leveraged derivatives. Share CFDs do not confer ownership or voting rights; crypto exposure is generally through derivatives rather than ownership of coins in a wallet. Leverage and product availability can differ by legal entity and jurisdiction.
Where the range is strongest
The published range is broadest in share CFDs, with more than 1,600 instruments, alongside 60 Forex pairs. ETFs are also offered, although an ETF-only total is not published.
Where it is limited
ACY does not offer bonds or standalone options. Share and crypto positions are not ownership of the underlying assets, and leveraged derivatives can incur financing charges and losses.

Available Platforms

Core Experience
ACY’s web-based proprietary platform includes an economic calendar, dynamic margin, and guaranteed stop-loss and take-profit orders, which the broker says are available at no additional cost. It also has one-click trading, charting tools, technical indicators, customizable watchlists, dashboards and templates.
Charting
MT4 and MT5 include charting and indicator tools, as well as multi-symbol charts and advanced charting.
Order Types
ACY’s proprietary platform supports guaranteed stop-loss and take-profit orders. The availability of these orders does not remove market risk or guarantee that every loss can be avoided.
Advanced Features
MT4 supports MQL4 Expert Advisors and MT5 supports MQL5 Expert Advisors; full custom-code development, testing and automation rely on desktop or VPS use. ACY also offers copy trading through its Tradingcup integration and FIX API access through ACY Connect for institutional and professional traders. Its VPS offer includes a US$35 monthly credit for clients trading at least 20 lots per month.
Mobile Experience
MT4 and MT5 are available on iOS and Android, while the ACY Trading Platform runs in a mobile or tablet browser. The web-first proprietary platform avoids a software installation; MT4 and MT5 mobile clients are suited to trading and monitoring rather than full desktop EA development and testing.
Main Platform Trade-Off
Best aspect: Traders can choose the proprietary web platform or MT4/MT5, with desktop EA automation available on MetaTrader.
Main friction point: The proprietary platform is web-first, while advanced MetaTrader automation and custom-code work depend on desktop or VPS use.
07
Opening, Funding and Withdrawing From the Account
Account Opening
ACY requires identity verification for live trading. The broker says applicants typically provide a government-issued identity document and proof of residency, and that approvals are usually processed within a few hours after document submission and a selfie or liveness check. Demo accounts can be used without completing KYC, but verification is required before funding a live account or executing actual trades.

Funding options include cards, bank transfer, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies and local or QR payments. Listed methods include Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Tether, Bitcoin, USD Coin, Alipay+, China UnionPay, QR Code Pay and DragonPay. Local and QR-payment withdrawals are generally processed the same business day when submitted before 21:00 AEST, otherwise the next business day.
The minimum deposit is $50 for Basic, $100 for Standard and $200 for ProZero. ACY supports USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, NZD, CAD and JPY as account base currencies. A conversion cost or markup can apply when transaction or settlement currencies differ from the account base currency.
Processing estimates are not the same as final settlement time: crypto withdrawals can require additional blockchain confirmation. The broker’s stated withdrawal timing and charges vary by payment method, and the five-free-withdrawals allowance is per calendar month.
ACY restricts service to residents of the United States, Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Republic of Congo, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, Belarus, North Korea, New Zealand and Russia.
08
Execution and Trading Conditions
ACY identifies its broker type as STP. Treat that classification as a description of the broker’s model, not independent proof of how every order is routed or filled. Slippage is possible.
Leverage depends on jurisdiction, platform, account and asset. For Australian retail clients, the stated cap is 1:30 on major Forex pairs and 1:20 on other FX pairs. ACY says global clients may access dynamic leverage up to 1:5,000 on major currency pairs through its ACY Trading Platform; MT4 and MT5 accounts generally reach up to 1:500. The instrument-specific retail leverage figures are lower for some markets, including 1:5 for stocks and ETFs and 1:10 for crypto.
The stated margin-call level is 100%, while the stop-out level is 30–50%. ACY allows hedging and scalping on MT4 and MT5, and says it does not restrict holding times for scalping. Automated trading is supported through Expert Advisors on the MetaTrader desktop/VPS environment.
ACY’s proprietary platform includes guaranteed stop-loss and take-profit orders, which the broker says are available at no additional cost. These order features do not eliminate market risk. High-impact news can bring increased volatility, and slippage remains possible.
09
Research, Education and Support
Research and Tools
ACY offers market analysis, price charts, webinars and an economic calendar. The calendar is also built into the ACY Trading Platform, alongside material on major economic releases.
Education
Educational resources include webinars, seminars, videos and tutorials, and eBooks. These give traders several formats for learning, alongside the platform’s economic calendar.
Customer Services
| Channel | Average Response Time | Availability | Multilingual |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live chat | 1 minute | 24/5 | Yes |
| Phone | 1-3 minutes | 24/5 | Yes |
| 2-8 hours | 24/5 | Yes |
Support is offered by phone, email and live chat. ACY lists support in English, Chinese, Spanish, French, Arabic, Japanese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Portuguese, Malay, Italian, Russian, Bengali, Punjabi, German, Cantonese and Korean. Its service profile describes agents as generally quick and practical, while noting that some withdrawal and funding issues can require repeated follow-up.
Support conclusion
The stated response times are shortest for live chat and phone, with email taking longer. Resolution can require persistence in some funding or withdrawal cases, so response speed alone should not be treated as a guarantee of a quick outcome.

Before You Open an Account
Check these three things first
- Your legal entity: Confirm the contracting entity, regulator and protections that apply to your residence and client classification.
- Your likely trading cost: Compare the spread-only accounts with ProZero commission, then include overnight financing, currency conversion and any withdrawal charges relevant to your activity.
- Your product/account requirements: Match the account minimum and platform to your needs, and confirm that the CFDs available in your jurisdiction provide the exposure you want.
Bottom line
ACY Securities is primarily suited to active CFD traders who value platform choice and a choice between spread-only and raw-spread pricing. Entity-specific leverage and protections, CFD rather than direct asset ownership, and the cost of frequent withdrawals are the main practical checks before opening an account.
